Conclusion (aka "Clue") was our last natural Talon daughter, and one
of only two doe kids that we got from him before his untimely death.
Born a tiny triplet out of a yearling, she weighed only 2 ½ lbs at
birth and has fought to keep up from the beginning. We did not show
her as a kid and honestly just kept her because of her pedigree, but
she certainly did fill out and grow as a yearling! The only dry
yearling to stand in front of her locally was Brooke. Clue took
Reserve Jr. champion at her first show to Brooke, then took Jr.
Champion at her second show where it was discovered that we had not
tattooed her….So she had to come back and take Jr. Champ again at
the KY State Fair Exhibitors show to get that dry leg! Clue
freshened with a gorgeous MILKY udder---in fact I am constantly
saying she works much too hard for her age and her size!! Ok, I
would like for her teats to be a little closer and more plumb, but
other than that her udder is pretty hard to fault! She was 3 x's
1st this year and a few more 2nd's, she stood 4th at the NAILE
show. Clue was selected for SG status , LA'ed 89--the highest
allowed for a 1st freshener and is ME'ed at 4607lbs!!! Clue is
very correct and stylish, a great attitude to go with it. Not to
mention she is the Talon x Act cross that we love so much. Clue
actually reminds me of a young Belle in her structure, mammary and
production.
