Serpa is a powerful, correct, yet dairy buck. He is level
over the topline and correct in his feet and legs. He has a
beautiful set to his rear leg set especially when he is on the move.
Serpa has sired some wonderful kids for us. We have freshened a few,
but sold most in our herd reduction last year. We did retain his
experimental daughter, Brazen, who easily made her *M and has a
lovely attached mammary. Serpa sired the Jr. Champion at the 2006
KY State Fair, our Kaiba who we think is one of the nicest Alpine
kids we have bred in a long while. We look forward to freshening
more daughters in 2007!
Serpa was let out on lease to our good friends Howard and
Joanne Shelburne for the 2006 breeding season. He will be used
again heavily in 2007.
