Tickle
is the largest, longest LaMancha doe in the entire herd and
according to the appraiser “one of the largest LaMancha does
I have ever seen and half of it is rump!” I have loved this
doe since the first time that I saw her at One Oak Hill. We
were just given the opportunity to purchase her the spring of
2005. Tickle had never been shown much prior to our
ownership. In 2006 Tickle was shown pretty successfully in
the aged doe class, rarely beaten going 5 x’s 1st, 2
x’s 2 and has carried on the winning into '07 with 4 more 1st
place wins. She has been 1st place dry doe at the NAILE
show in 2005, 2006 & 2007. Tickle has a beautiful
daughter, CH OOH Jrupaul Taudry, owned by Autumn Acres herd in MI
that is LA’ed 91 EEEE. Tickle is nearly 11 and
looks half her age. She is never is sick or “off”, no
babying this girl in her old age! We would take a whole herd
with her mentality.
