Toshiba was
chosen as the 2006 Buckeye Sale doeling. When we looked up the
sale animals she really caught our eye with her general appearance
and style. We did not attend the sale, but Toshiba was purchased
by Atwood Acres. Months later when they dispersed their small
LaMancha herd and we were the recipients, this Beauty grand
daughter came to live with us. We had admired the Pine Springs
animals and their amazing mammaries at many Ohio shows before
their move to Georgia. The consistency of this particular dam
line is outstanding. We have high hopes for Toshiba and her
freshening in 2008. Mark & Daniel have shared with us that the
Benchmark daughters are freshening with gorgeous mammaries,
Corazon below is a fine example as well as closely related to
Toshiba. About the only thing we would change about Toshiba would
be to make her a little taller, but I am told that this line
matures slower on the dam's side so we will wait.
